Summary
This role is considered a “hybrid” role where the employee will serve not only a Sales Representative but also handle a portion of the administrative side of the job, example: Will receive warm leads that come in through Teletech.com under the “Contact Us” section of the Website – Employee will conduct Boolean Searches using sites such as LinkedIn, which allows them to combine keywords to further produce more relevant results based on the lead information that they receive. Once they have the lead information, they will call out as well as send email correspondences in an effort to get in touch with the DM (Decision Maker). Someone who can work independently and will be able to go “off script” in order to personalize or customize their “sales” style.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for bringing new business to Teletech/Revana. They are reaching out to Fortune 500 prospect clients that we don’t work with, and trying to secure their business. **Key Notes:** We need people that can be mentally agile and are not set on just selling a single product and/or service but are willing to jump into selling multiple products and/or services and can adapt on the fly. Someone who is willing to grow within the organization.
Ideal Candidate
**Job Criteria:** * Outbound B2B experience – Minimum (2yrs) * Experience working with/speaking to “C “ level executives * Ability to compose professional emails and have business savvy conversations * Some technology background would be a plus * Lead Gen or Outbound/Outside Sales experience a plus **Job Specifications:** * Professional * Organized * Out of the box thinker * Detail oriented * Independent * Pro-active * Self-starter * Strong verbal and written communication skills
