Product Manager

Solutionary will continue its rapid organic growth coupled with selective, strategic M&A activity. We will remain committed to becoming the de facto standard of performance for the provision of Managed Security Services (MSS) to the enterprise, mid and government markets.

The Product Manager will be responsible for actively driving and supporting service improvements by providing experience, direction and tangible deliverables to Solutionary’s services. Additionally, the Product Manager will be available for Security Consulting Billable Activities if appropriate.

**Product Management:** * Leading the cross functional management of Solutionary’s Reporting system, including development of new reports, documentation of existing reports, quality assurance testing, training, and project management of maintenance cycles. * Understanding Solutionary’s market, competitive offerings and services in deep technical detail. * Developing and retaining current technical subject matter expert in security industry. * Planning and designing business requirements for Solutionary’s services to compete or lead in the market. * Planning and designing Solutionary’s services to be usable and easy for prospects and customers to comprehend and recognize value in. * Keeping relevant parts of services roadmap updated and accurate. * Actively participating in the documentation, design and implementation of new service and technical features. * Providing input to the overall direction of Solutionary’s services and fundamental technologies / functionality, by taking a long-term view of direction instead of tactical shorter-term view. * Collaborating with Senior Management and other business team members regarding product and service direction including Account Management, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Software Development. * Preparing and conducting product and service training, both at a technical and operational level. * Assisting and supporting direct sales, channel sales and account management activities and initiatives. **Product Development:** * Take ownership of Solutionary’s Reporting System by planning, refining, developing and managing reporting standards and templates, training internal staff on usefulness and value of Reports, and developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation that describes all Reports and their use in detail. * Develop products and services that support our offerings and enable Solutionary to deliver services in a quality, efficient, scalable and repeatable manner. * Be an advocate for Product Management - Recognize those areas where the business is deficient and help re-engineer the process so we are more successful and scalable.

* Information security, security services industry or equivalent experience. * Pragmatic Marketing Product Management Training. * Minimum of 3 years experience in product management. * Previous experience in data analysis, report design and development strongly preferred. * Previous experience working directly with Sales and Marketing groups preferred. * Technical competence in security controls, especially systems, networking and architecture. * Working knowledge in auditing, audit practices, and compliancy is a plus. * Must be comfortable with security standards such as ISO 17799 and COBIT. * Must be willing to study and become proficient with security standards and regulatory bodies such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, HITRUST, and Sarbanes Oxley. * Must be able to work independently with little supervision. * Absolutely must be driven, accountable, and punctual. * “Can do” “no excuses” attitude is an absolute must. * Must be able to consult with clients in a very interactive manner, including training and working sessions. * Logical, analytical, disciplined thinker. * Must have excellent oral communication and writing skills. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data analysis is a must.
