Responsibilities
* Process orders via incoming phone calls, fax, email, web & mail. Cross/suggestive/up sell complimentary products & monthly marketing driven promotions on an order level. * Be knowledgeable and updated on our products & services. Answer account & product inquiries via phone & email. Make outbound calls or email customers to follow-up on account & product inquiries. Address adverse actions when necessary. Run reports daily and/or weekly to ensure customer satisfaction. Document as necessary. * Protect the integrity of the database by entering accurate information. * Accept monitoring and coaching feedback. Participate in ongoing training. * Able to perform the above functions on a computer as scheduled daily (depending on your shift).
Ideal Candidate
* Order entry experience in a fast paced business environment highly preferred * Patient, flexible, team oriented, disciplined, ability to work under pressure, high energy and fun competitive attitude. * Excellent written and verbal skills * Ability to build rapport via the phone with customers * Good telephone techniques, etiquette, and great organizational skills * Ability to learn new topics and skills quickly * Able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities * Must have the ability to work well within a team environment with strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment * Computer and typing skills required
