Cost Accountant for Cost Analysis

The ideal incumbent should have some knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, practices, processes, and procedures and will be involved in continuing to laying the foundation, as well as, improving and enhancing all accounting activity.

* Maintain and Update Cost Modeling Templates and Cost Source Database Daily * Material master review, ECR approval, and standard cost calculation for all new parts * Maintain and validate cost component source data for annual standard cost update * Maintenance of the inventory standard database * Assistance in the preparation of Monthly Financial Statement according to U.S. GAAP * Reconciliation of inventory and variance accounts on a monthly basis with comparison to forecast * Monitor and report on all inventory control activities in accordance with SOX requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree mandatory * 0-2 years experience with accounting and analysis principles * Cost Accounting experience preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Local Candidates only will be considered * New Finance and Accountant grads will be considered
