Responsibilities
**Account Manager Core Responsibilities:** * Account management of existing book of business, day to day client management and problem solving. * Strong knowledge of Shutterstock Images products, licenses and website. * Responsible for understanding, communication and continued education of company products, creative services, new technologies, policies and procedures to new and existing customers and colleagues. * Provides solutions and other product offerings to customers that may result in additional sales. * Technical troubleshooting of our systems, site and client issues to help improve performance and overall user experience. * Ability to recognize upsell opportunities within existing accounts and constantly educate clients across all products and purchasing options. * Proactively build strategies using data and systems to ensure YoY revenue growth and increased market penetration in Central & Western regions. **Team Lead Core Responsibilities:** * A player/coach role, you will be managing team of Enterprise Account Managers for Eastern region of US * Further evolve Account Manager role & duties by creating efficiencies, improving processes and advocating on behalf of Account Manager team across multiple departments * Coaching and development of Account Managers in order to foster individual success as well as increased market penetration and revenue growth * Proactively enhances and streamlines workflow within the department to help facilitate the growth and expansion of accounts.
Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of four years experience working as an Account Manager/Sales Manager within the agencies, media sales, sass, or customer service * Previous management experience required * Experience using CRM software (SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics etc) * Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across many systems, tasks and departments simultaneously * Strong attention to detail * Strong customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships via telephone and email * Computer and systems literacy (Excel, Jira, Slack, Microsoft Office, etc) * Previous experience working in software, media or new technology companies a plus
