The goal of the Inside Sales Internship position is to expose the student(s) to the sales process and introduce revenue management and revenue analysis tools in support of the departments goal to drive incremental room nights to our franchisees.

* Account Management: Focus on prospecting and lead sourcing for the Account Executive team and conducting inbound inquiry pre-qualifications. * Groups & meetings: Assisting with group displacement analysis for specific hotels in support of active opportunities. * RFPs: Identifying hotel opportunities using the Choice mapping tool, conducting research in support of business cases and auditing data consistency in Lanyon, Salesforce and third party systems.

* Hospitality student with an interest in Sales or Revenue Management. * Must have excellent analytical skills including advanced Excel. * Must have outstanding verbal and written communications skills. Prior experience in a sales environment a plus. * Must be outgoing and confident.
