Summary
The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative and secretarial support for the Service Center Management Group. This role is exposed to highly confidential and sensitive information and deals with a diverse group of both internal and external contacts.
Responsibilities
* Provide a wide variety of administrative and secretarial support services. * Schedule appointments, conference calls, meetings, events and department training. * Prepare routine and non-routine confidential correspondence, memorandum, reports, and handouts for meetings; some correspondence handled on own initiative. * Maintain Outlook calendar and answer Service Center Management's phones when necessary. * Coordinate all travel and conference registrations for Service Center Management Team. * Assist with special projects/presentations. * Make decisions requiring broad knowledge and understanding of policies and personnel. * Maintain Service Center Strategic Planning objectives. * Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. * Strong problem solving and decision making skills. * Ability to prioritize and organize a diversified workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. * Ability to be creative, resourceful, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.People oriented,strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and professionalism. * Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. * Foster company success through a professional appearance, being courteous to customers and all Scottrade associates and by having a positive attitude. **Minimum Education & Experience:** * High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. * 2+ years administrative assistant or general office experience required. * 2+ years customer service experience required.
