Summary
The Account Administrator is an integral member of the Key Account Management team. This position is responsible for managing every aspect of the inventory cycle for multiple accounts as assigned. The inventory cycle involves the following processes: scheduling in the Oracle database, cancellations and rescheduling; being the point of contact for customers, account owners, field organizations and all FSC departments. The process requires ongoing customer service resolution; invoice accuracy; compiling analytical data; AR follow up; and IT interface. Account Administrators also provide information and reports for account owners on planned intervals and on demand.
Responsibilities
* Ownership of every element of the inventory process * Manage needs and expectations of all accounts assigned * Provide backup coverage on multiple accounts for other AA’s when they are out of the office * Establish, build and maintain professional business relationships with customers * Communicate with customers to meet scheduling, reporting and service expectations * Coordinate customer scheduling with RGIS field operations via Oracle * Manage service issue resolutions * Compile analytical data from multiple sources into a formal report for presentation to customers * Complete all tasks with a high level of attention to detail and sense of urgency * Support account owner on all customer related responsibilities as required * Maintain computer and document files
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Associate’s Degree acceptable if other requirements are met. Combination of education and experience also considered. * Minimum 2 years job experience in a position that requires a high level of organization and attention to an exceptional level of accuracy. * Concentrated emphasis on Customer Service and developing strong, professional relationships with RGIS customers. * Ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately in an extremely fast paced environment with multiple deadlines. * Keen analytical and resourceful problem solving skills which require the ability to anticipate and assess challenges and following through to avert obstacles in the complete inventory process. * Capacity to take ownership of accounts; working both independently managing the portfolio of accounts assigned, as well as being a pivotal member of a Key Account Management Team. * Effectively address service issues in a professional manner. * Communication skills include: comprehension, written and verbal skills * Possess above average skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point * Oracle experience a plus
