We are looking for accounting and finance professionals to join our Tri-State practice. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8-15 years of experience working in large, Fortune 1000 companies and/or large consulting firms. A combination of public accounting and private industry experience is a plus. 4-year bachelor degree required; CPA, MBA or Masters of Accounting preferred. Candidate should have the ability to multi-task, demonstrate a sense of urgency and meet reporting deadlines.

* **General Accounting** - provide operational support to organizations going through change; assist with monthly financial reporting functions. * **Finance Transformation Project Management** - transition of accounting functions to new markets, establishing and running Shared Service Centers, establishing and documenting accounting policies. Project management of at least one accounting workstream ideal (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash); PMP or formal project management training preferred for these roles. * **Hands on user or implementation experience with large-scale ERP's and reporting tools**: (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Hyperion HFM/Essbase) as well as strong Excel skills.
