Due to our exciting growth, we are currently looking for International Account Executive located in Seattle Washington. (Relocation assistance available) The mission of the International Sales Executive is to support the Global Account Manager and the local country teams in order to reach the defined objectives for Customers global initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Customer Intelligence * Build the customer profile, keep it up to date and communicated to the local KAM’s. * Set up international price comparison for key products and update yearly. * Exchange all relevant information between countries on a permanent basis. * Manage Large Account Portal to keep it up to date for global Customers information. * Relationships with Our Key Client * Build relationships with the local Customers teams in the assigned countries * Build relationships with the Customer USA teams working internationally * Strategic Planning * Support the Global Account Manager in the organization of a yearly Account Review where the local Account Managers are physically present to review the Local Key Account plans and develop the Global Account Plan. * Project Management & Business Development * Follow up implementation of the local Account Plans (global) for the key projects by organizing quarterly project reviews with all local Key Account Managers. * Organize a central customer project list and keep it up to date. * Exchange Best Practices. * Give direct support to countries for major projects and business development when appropriate. * Organize international innovation days/meetings. * Business Management * Monitor sales, profitability and other KPI’s (service level, quality,) and make sure corrective actions are defined in case of deviations vs. objectives. * Set up global P&L + customer dashboard * Country support * Be the first point of contact for the Puratos teams in Asia Pacific markets.
Ideal Candidate
* Fluent in English * Structured – Analytical – Methodical * Action oriented * Pragmatic, hands on * Customer focused * Business & result driven * Strong interpersonal skills : establishes easily contacts - adapts to international cultures * Team player, ready to give support to colleagues * University or college degree – commercial orientation e.g. marketing/economy. * Potential to grow into a (Jr) Key Account Manager role in maximum 5 years * Prior experience in a commercial role is an asset – but not a must.
