One of the things that my father always said is that “every day, I like getting up because there’s another challenge.” This is what drives me every day and at Penske Motor Group, we are driven to find new and innovative ways to compete and win. We created “The Penske Way” which is a group of twenty underlying principles that are focused on our Guests, Team Members and Reputation. Based on these underlying principles, we have established a portfolio over the years which consist of several premiere and award winning dealerships in the California market with Toyota, Scion, Lexus and Mercedes. In addition to having the best products, we have also built the best team whose average tenure among all of our locations is approximately 10-years.
