This position assists the Executive Marketing Manager in a variety of areas that include: * Creating or assisting with the creation of sales tools, market forecasting reports, email campaigns, brochures and other marketing collateral * Preparing for conferences and meetings * Fulfilling requests and answering questions from professors and sales representatives * Tracking expenses and budgets **Other responsibilities include:** * Keeping various documents (such as competition guides and sales tools) updated as needed to assure correct information for our customers * Building relationships with the sales force and district managers in order to effectively serve the needs of the sales force * Attending and planning events for national and local conventions as needed

* BA/BS required * Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint * Very strong organizational, written and oral communication skills are required * Strong attention to detail * Strong interest in publishing is preferred
