Summary

sales leader to motivate a team of account executives with a focus on media integration, client engagement and smart strategies. As the largest Out of Home (OOH) company in NJ (and a top three nationwide), OUTFRONT’s primary media sales focus is OOH assets including billboards and the like. New offerings include digital assets and mobile opportunities; accordingly we are seeking an individual who is knowledgeable in new media, traditional media, local advertising and sales team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive market strategy that is aligned with business objectives so all goals are achieved or exceeded.
  • Oversee the training of new Account Executives as they transition into the company.
  • Offer support to Account Executives by attending sales presentations.
  • Plan and schedule regular sales meetings to keep sales staff engaged and accountable.
  • Create local sales packages that accurately outline inventory and proper pricing.
  • Review and approve all market sales contracts.
  • Supply accurate pacing reports to management as needed.
  • Ensure all business policies and practices are followed to the highest standard.
  • Manage workforce with a focus on diversity/affirmative action/EEO results.
  • Cooperate with and communicate all company-wide initiatives to market staff.
  • Provide leadership and direct the efforts of all OUTFRONT Media personnel within the market in a way that creates a winning team environment.
Ideal Candidate
  • 3-5 years proven sales and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and influencing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Possess strong client facing skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experiences in developing teams and achieving sales success.
  • Media experience a plus.
  • Must be professional in appearance and manner and be multi-task oriented and be able to communicate clearly, comprehensively and with complete personal and professional integrity.
