Summary
Nestio is looking for an excited and driven Client Success Manager to help support our rapidly growing client base. The Client Success Team is the face of Nestio and we are looking for a tech savvy individual with a dedication to-- and experience in-- client success. In this role, you’ll focus on engaging clients to ensure they are consistently getting the most out of our products and utilizing features to the fullest capacity. Success in this role is determined by success in three key areas: support, relationship building and retention. Client Success Managers are responsible for creating, strengthening, and growing Nestio’s client relationships, which includes providing support post-onboarding and throughout the client life cycle. If you like to get your hands dirty, are energized by being client-facing, solve problems and help clients really utilize and benefit from an amazing product.
Responsibilities
* Work with our Client Success team to help our clients utilize Nestio to its fullest potential * Own the full life cycle of the client relationship for 200+ account * Grow and manage existing and future Nestio accounts * Form and maintain lasting relationships with current and future clients * Develop and demonstrate a clear and understanding of our product, services, and value proposition * Ability to identify upsell potential based on company character, growth and growth potential
Ideal Candidate
* 1-3 years of Client Success experience- SaaS and/or b2b preferred * Excellent verbal, communication, and follow-up skills with the ability to speak clearly, concisely, and confidently * Experience managing many accounts for companies with different needs * A determined and proactive attitude! Someone who takes initiative and has a strong work ethic * The desire to be challenged and problem solve * A positive attitude-- high energy and resourceful * Great people skills-- a true people person who enjoys building and maintaining relationships * The ability to work independently and multi-task Start up and/or real estate experience (a plus!)
