* Coordinates all efforts related to implementation of PrOE. Develops detailed operational plans, timelines, and workflows to support the implementation of the projects.
* Assists with preparation of complex clinical information for programming, testing, tool design and development. Prepares logic diagrams and specifications for upcoming PrOE procedures.
* Conducts workflow observation and analysis to make recommendations on how PrOE can be integrated into clinics.
* Helps develop strategy to better integrate PrOE and PROMs with other Care Decisions team members.
* Works closely with team members to coordinate build, testing, and launch of new PrOE procedures and fixes to improve program adoption.
* Collaborates with physicians, senior leaders, IS analysts, developers and senior directors of specialty departments across the hospital on all aspects of development and implementation.
* Develops reporting to clinical groups and project leadership in conjunction with PAI analyst team
* Prepares communication materials for divisions and hospital-wide, oversees preparation and dissemination of training materials.
* Writes and manages IRB protocols, assists with development of survey and research materials.
* Oversees all reporting activities, including data requests, dashboard development and maintenance, and quality control activities.
* Prepares presentations, meeting materials, minutes, and action plans. Assists with scheduling project meetings if needed.
* Provides indirect supervision and coordination of day-to-day activities for student interns.
* Manage ongoing system-wide requirements such as Partners certification, clinical systems access, help desk support, and preparation of requirements submissions to outside vendor(s)
* Participate and provide feedback in development and design of PrOE, including collaboration with other members of the project team on requirements to submit to the vendor (e.g., obtaining scheduling codes for pre-caching patients in PrOE).
* Manage and create organized systems to document and track status of development and communicate information clearly to team.
* Document IT-related workflows, identify gaps, and address workflow issues.
* Develop training materials and assist with communication planning documents for implementing PrOE with divisions, train users, and serve as primary contact for users of the beta test if they need assistance with the tool.
* Create and disseminate communication materials, including IT-related updates and programmatic updates to users.
* Participate in meetings with core project team and other meetings as needed.
* Prepare the agenda and act as facilitator during weekly project calls with the vendor.
* Make presentations to different audiences (e.g., clinicians, administrative staff, IT teams) within MGH and Partners, as well as external audiences (e.g., vendors) based on project needs.
* Document, record, and keep organized large amounts of information, modify information as needed when presenting to project lead/owner
* Work closely with developers, lead physician, and project manager.
* Complete work assignments in accordance with established timelines.
* Provide project-specific direction and guidance to project team members to facilitate timely and quality results.
* Establish and create a positive project team environment through leadership and mentoring.
* Provide on-going project status reports to internal IS management, user groups and project steering committee as appropriate.
* Function both as an individual contributor and team player within PAI and the hospital community at large.
* On-going communication, feedback and follow-through with customers/peers are essential.
* Performs other duties as needed.
