Summary
The Global Service Group of Leidos is in need of an Administrative Assistant – Registrar in Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities
* Assist in implementing technical solutions to improve the efficiency with which training services are provided. This technical support is incidental to other work that is within the general scope of Section 4.0, and includes assistance to Training Facilitators/Instructors, instructional system designers engaged in WBT creation and conversion of existing classes to WBT, Senior Instructor/Training Subject Matter Expert, Registrar and government ONCIX team members. * Assist in the development, dissemination, processing, and analysis of all levels of training evaluations, making recommendations for improvement in both form and process, as needed. * Assist with development, coordination, planning and evaluation of ONCIX training courses, to include needs analysis and identification of enhancements to new or existing courses, internal database and website development, and the development of performance metrics and reports. * Become fully trained on manual and automated learning management system(s) employed by ONCIX. * Provide start to finish support to students (primarily government personnel), as needed (who are primarily government personnel), throughout the ONCIX course registration process, including confirming and processing security clearances as needed for government or other non-contractor facilities. * Maintain and distribute the course calendar and student rosters and provide to course PMs in a timely manner. * Maintain currency of all course information, documentation, and related content and provide updates of all to ONCIX webmasters for posting on the ONCIX web site. * Propose and provide content changes to ONCIX website content.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of progressive experience; an additional 8 years of relevant work experience (training domain, security domain, or supervisory) may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree * Currently possess a Polygraph. * Demonstrated working knowledge of the IC structure, Non-NIP members, and processes – minimum two (2) years of experience. * Familiarity with training program administration processes and supporting business applications, e.g., learning management systems, MS SharePoint, and database administration. * Demonstrated ability and desire to learn, to apply and to utilize new concepts/tools. * Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Suite, Lotus Notes, and web-based applications – minimum 5 years of experience. * Demonstrated working knowledge of the IC structure, Non-NIP members, and processes – minimum two (2) years of experience. * Demonstrated ability to write concisely and clearly with high attention to detail. * Demonstrated organization and time management skills. * Demonstrated ability to coordinate training activities, sometimes under tight deadlines, and in the face of numerous competing priorities.
