Client Manager

Landor Cincinnati is seeking a Client Manager to be responsible for key client strategic relationships and project management within those accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, internal team leadership and profitability on an account basis.

• Coordinates projects with outside resources to facilitate production of deliverables.
• Ensures all correspondence, materials, presentations, proposals seen by prospective and existing Clients are error-free, of highest quality and always relevant to the client’s issues.
• Partners effectively with all departments & partner agencies to ensure delivery of on-time, high-quality deliverables that address all relevant prospective client requirements.
• Communicates findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner in written, oral and presentation forms.
• Provides back-up and archiving of key client deliverables, credentials and case histories.
• Sharing and importing best practices and resources with peers within broader Landor network.

• Interacts in a positive, professional and motivating manner.

• graduate in communications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in account services within the packaging/consumer products arena
• Have worked on either the client side or agency side of business.
• Must have strong client presence, awesome organizational and detail-orientation skills, and demonstrated cross-functional leadership experience.
