You will be directly responsible for taking ownership of the market and overseeing system maintenance. As a Field Service Technician, you will be making daily onsite visits to medical offices in the market to assist with system upkeep and troubleshooting while professionally representing the company. You will be part of this larger, collaborative organization, enabling you to impact your team and the overall business directly.

* Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks * Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions * Install hardware and software configurations * Install, troubleshoot and maintain computer systems, hardware and peripherals * Provide “smart hands” support for network or server support, working at the direction of corporate IT staff

* Professional demeanor, able to successfully interact with marketers, physicians and medical office staff * Expertise in multiple Microsoft operating systems, Internet Explorer, server/network administration and TCP/IP protocols required * Technical Degree or Certification * Must have reliable transportation * Flexibility is a must * Must be willing to participate in overnight travel to corporate in Colorado for occasional training and team building events *
