Responsibilities
* Coverage of phones and email for Producers/Agents and Group Administrators, along with internal Sales team for Sales Portals (Producer Portal, Plan Advisor, Online Retail Portal and Employer Portal). * Ability to handle/triage questions and concerns by customers of solutions (Questions on tools, User Name/PW issues and re-sets, advise on usage of portals, walk through steps within the tools portals, clearly articulate system incidents and submit Service Now Incident requests)
Ideal Candidate
* High School Diploma * A minimum of 1 year of Customer Service Experience * Experience in the healthcare field is prefered * Excellent communication skills * Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook * Strong keyboarding skills * Demonstrated skills in Data / Business Analysis * Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy
