**Auto Req ID** 26142BR We are currently seeking an **Analyst** in the **Atlanta** office to support our Capital Markets Group’s National Retail Investment Sales practice. Our team markets retail assets that span the investor size and risk spectrum including neighborhood shopping centers all the way up to superregional malls in small and large markets across the Country. This is an excellent opportunity to learn not only real estate valuation and investment positioning but also work closely in a marketing role with a national roster of clients and investors.

* Conduct detailed financial and lease review in order to prepare accurate and thorough real estate cash flow models and financial analysis utilizing Argus and Excel * Gather, evaluate and present economic, demographic, competitor and real estate market data for input into Offering Materials and Investment Sales Proposals * Due diligence responsibilities include reviewing and summarizing tenant leases, property and environmental reporting, REAs, ground leases, operating results and sales reporting * Perform complex financial analyses with minimal supervision, including cash flow projections, valuation models, and sensitivity analyses * Assist with preparation of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits including coordination of graphics

* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Real Estate and excellent academic credentials * **Proficiency in ARGUS is required** (using in the workplace not just coursework) * 1-3 years of work experience in Finance or Real Estate preferred * Attention to detail * Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information * Professional, high energy individual with strong presentation skills. * Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is required * Excellent written and oral communication skills (applicant will need to submit previous work product) * Ability to work independently and within a team on a wide variety of projects * Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload * Ability to reprioritize tasks on a daily basis given varying team requirements * Advanced understanding of real estate fundamentals, economic metrics, and research processes * A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
