Sales Director for Programmatic Revenue

We currently have an opening for an experienced Sales Director to join our growing advertising sales team and drive our programmatic ad sales efforts across Imgur’s desktop, mobile web and native app platforms. This person will evangelize Imgur’s programmatic ad offerings, build relationships with brands, agencies and trading desks, help shape and develop our PMP strategy in order to optimize and grow premium revenue for Imgur’s programmatic business.

* Develop a strategy for building our programmatic customer base, including prioritizing target accounts, refining our value proposition and raising our profile in the market * Build relationships with programmatic buyers at brands, agencies, trading desks, and demand-side platforms * Hit or exceed sales targets and accurately forecast programmatic business * Work with sales, account management, ad operations and product teams to optimize programmatic yield and bottom line revenue * Develop and maintain our PMP strategy, negotiate deal terms and IDs * Bring client feedback to the Imgur product team to help shape our product offerings

* 5+ years digital ad sales experience selling programmatic to advertisers & their agencies, preferably representing a Top 100 Comscore property * Experience negotiating, structuring, and closing complex six figure ad programs * Strong advertiser relationships * Passion for visual, social and viral advertising
