The Financial Analyst will perform financial analysis and reporting. Their work will involve compiling, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating financial and statistical data.

* Collecting, analyzing and managing large volumes of data & analysis simultaneously * Creating meaningful reports to drive business improvement and cost reductions * Compiling, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating financial and related data, trends, ratios and variances * Building models and analysis to evaluate historical and projected financial performance * Assisting with developing, implementing and monitoring budget process * Building and maintaining recurring and ad hoc reports * Analyzing complex business, technical and managerial problems and develop, recommend and implement effective solutions * Supporting Accounting team during the close process as needed * Performing other job responsibilities as assigned

* Being highly organized and able to move forward on multiple projects at once * Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, procedures and terminology * Strong analytical skills * Advanced Excel skills * Experience working with data from multiple systems – Hyperion and Intacct experience a plus * Communicating ideas and information clearly, concisely and effectively * Evaluating technical and financial information
