Senior Front End Developer

We need talented and experienced Front End Web Developers to join our team, who love using cutting edge technologies to create engaging responsive websites. As a developer on the Front-End team you’ll work closely with designers, back-end developers, product owners and copywriters. An ideal candidate for us is someone who is detailed and committed to taking any design and turning it into a great website that millions of customers will see and use! Our remote team is comprised of talented individuals working in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

* Write reusable UI components using React and SCSS * Build out custom animations * Constantly improve quality, and performance of front-end codebases * Be involved in regularly scheduled video calls with the team * Participate in code reviews * Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the field * Learn and share new technologies and ideas

* 3+ years in the industry * Master skills in HTML and CSS * Experience in JavaScript, React.js preferred * Extensive knowledge of advanced CSS techniques, best practices and preprocessors * Have an eye for animations and enjoy a challenge * Experience working with designs in Sketch and Photoshop for translation to markup * Extensive knowledge and experience in responsive design * Experience with Git and knowledge of the GitHub flow * Aware of cross-browser compatibility issues and performance considerations * Experience with Material UI a plus * Familiarity with agile methodologies also a plus * Be able to provide examples of your code or functioning examples
