Responsibilities
* Support the core financial processes such as Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly forecasting, Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Actuals reporting * Excellent team player in a diverse, demanding and ever changing environment * The role will provide business analysis, help to formulate monthly forecasts by partnering with sites. * Perform monthly/quarterly close variance analysis at site-level; Review and investigate fluctuations from expected results * The role will also coordinate the Monthly Business Review for the functions that are supported. * Ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from ISC and HPS leadership teams will be supported by this position, as well as providing weekly and monthly reporting for business deliverables such as shipments and backlog. * The right candidate will be able to identify and implement any necessary process improvements, working in a matrix environment. * Monthly COGS and operating profit analysis by product line and variance analysis on PPV, project close variance, etc. * Indirect Spend reporting, analysis, and identifying cost saving opportunities * Provide proactive and ad hoc financial support and analysis to Global ISC Finance team * Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * 2 years related work experience. * Any experience with or training in Hyperion Financial Management System **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of SAP modules. * Strong computer skills in MS Office. * Solid technical, good analytical skills and process-driven mentality. * Strong problem solving, leadership and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills. * Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
