Summary
Hobby Lobby is seeking an Information Security Analyst. A successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with IPS, Security Monitoring (SIEM), Secure Architecture, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Network Security, OS Security, Data Protection, and a desire to be a part of a rapidly growing retail company and security team. The position will include security architecture, monitoring, configuration, tuning, incident response, event tracking and security metrics to measure overall security posture.
Responsibilities
* Administer defensive security systems such as anti-virus, intrusion prevention systems, SIEM, and/or vulnerability scanners * Monitor for, and provide accurate and rapid responses to security events * Identify developing security issues and risks and assist with mitigation and remediation recommendations * Assist operations with secure architecture design of new infrastructure * Serve as the primary subject matter expert on one or more security technologies deployed in the corporate environment * Perform root cause analysis of security incidents * Support, maintain, configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot various security infrastructure components * Daily collaboration with IT and business on security related issues and initiatives * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* Ability to work both as an individual and a contributor in a highly collaborative team environment * Minimum of 3 years IT Security experience with hands-on record of administering security systems such as: IPS, SIEM, Anti-Malware, DLP, MDM, Firewalls, Vulnerability Scanners, Log and Packet analysis tools, Incident Response tools, Pen Testing tools, etc. * Excellent written and oral communication skills including system and procedure documentation * IT Security degree or applicable security industry certification such as ISC2 or SANS * Experience in Incident Response and Security Monitoring preferred * Detailed knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques * In depth knowledge of information security practices with emphasis on network security, operating system security, common attack patterns, and exploitation techniques
