Information Technology Architect

This position is responsible for designing, implementing, operating, maintaining and enforcing security architecture standards and policies for the Enterprise's Information Technology Security Systems. Accountabilities include but are not limited to segmentation, system hardening, Malware detection and prevention, digital forensics, and patch/log management. The position works directly with the IT and senior leadership team on security strategy, capability enhancements budget requirements and development of Enterprise security awareness.

* Governance of Information Policy, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines * Proactive Network Remediation for Network Security Threats * Implement and Manage IDS / IPS solution, Penetration Testing * Log and Patch Management file Integrity Monitoring * Digital Forensics and eDiscovery * Compliance Management * Maintain a firewall rule base and align it to industry best practices * Remote Access Management, 3rd Party Access * Enterprise Access Management Active Directory, policy signal sign-on Directory Federation * Antivirus Management (Rules, Whitelisting, etc.) * Hardening of network security devices * Maintaining network compliance with SOX/PCI/PII requirements as well as auditing the network for adherence to engineering standards * Datacenter architecture security assessments/reviews * Research/implement new security technologies * Management/Review of network device security configuration and architecture * Management/Review of Physical Security * Performs analysis of network security needs and contributes to the design, integration, and installation of hardware and software * Endpoint Protection and Encryption * Internal and external vulnerability scanning * Provides high-level project leadership related to security technology implementations * Development & Implement Incident Response Plans * Leads incident response team to contain, investigate, and prevent future system security breaches * Provides regular and consistent reporting on the current status of the information security program to senior business leaders and the board of directors as requested * Monitor the external threat environment for emerging threats, and advise relevant stakeholders on the appropriate courses of action

* Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education) * 6-9 years of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. * Certification in either CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CFE (In preference order) * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and information security management frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, SOX, PCI, and NIST * Retail experience a big plus * Proven problem-solving and team building skills * Excellent organizational skills * Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with corporate executives and board members * Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure * Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced retail environment * Ability develop and manage information security budgets and monitor them for variances * Understanding of ADLC and Agile methodologies
