Summary
The Medicare Program Manager will be responsible for delivering success for program contracts, leading sales leaders, and supporting the call center policies. In this mid-level sales leadership position, the program manager will play a very important role in the success of GoHealth's Chicago call center. The ideal individual will be able to eloquently implement sales strategies to a large team, while communicating effectively with clients, support staff, and executives.
Responsibilities
* Deliver on key metrics (Target Sales, Conversion, Service Level) as outlined in carrier and program contracts * Execute sound call center operational practices; including attendance adherence and vacation policies, coaching cadences, and company policies * Drive communication through multiple channels; including Program, Account Team, and Carrier Partners * Participate in the planning and on-boarding of new agents for the annual enrollment period, coordinate classroom training, material development, and assessment testing * Coach performance by using reporting tools, product knowledge, and sales strategies * Partner with support teams to improve call center operations * Drive compliance through script adherence and maintain a high quality work environment at all times * Encourage and pursue organic business growth opportunities * Provide tactical expertise to support overall client and company business strategy * Serve as a product knowledge expert for carrier and call center business * Handle confidential material, carrier escalations, and sensitive information in a professional manner
Ideal Candidate
* Two to five years of Medicare sales leadership experience * Two years of CMS compliance and regulation experience * AHIP Certified * Knowledge of Medicare Advantage * Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM * Excellent problem solving and communication skills * Proven sales and management success, with the ability to motivate staff and lead multiple teams * Confident, with a keen eye for business * Customer focused
