The Project Management Associate role is part of the Single Family Strategic Delivery department within the Single Family Division. The Single Family Strategic Delivery department is responsible for identifying, evaluating, designing, developing, and implementing new or enhanced offerings, concepts, and business or technology projects initiated by the Single Family Division. Single Family Strategic Delivery engages business areas across the company including technology to identify and resolve impacts related to the projects being implemented. The Project Management Associate will assist with assigned projects and products for small and medium efforts, and provide a supporting role in larger efforts.
- Assist with business analysis and data analysis
- Coordinate with impacted departments assessments of project impacts and conditions
- Support various project teams as requested
- Create requirements specifications
- Prepare meeting materials, presentation materials and management reports
- Flexibly support ad hoc requests as requested
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a business analysis role (business process, data, reporting, requirements, financial, research, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint with Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with a group or independently
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to learn new business concepts and skills quickly
- Experience working on change management team projects
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter / independent thinker
- Analytical thinking; able to amass and analyze large volumes of seemingly disparate data with limited guidance, SQL skills a plus
- Experience in financial services industry
- Flexibility: ability to adapt to changing priorities in support of team needs
