Summary
Responsible for providing detailed and deep technical knowledge in OSS technologies, with focus on Ericsson Dynamic Service Manager (DSM) product and/or services. Responsible for proactive and business minded support for establishment and improvement of business for the respective products or services. Responsible for supporting Key Account Managers in generating short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by working closely with or as part of the Core3 teams in sales, design and delivery of customer projects, and in technical problem solving to translate identified opportunities into detailed technical offering, and proposals.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for pre-sales and customer interaction around Dynamic Service Management and its surrounding ecosystem components. - Promote and differentiate Ericsson OSS portfolio (DSM product) in key transformation projects in Americas (RNAM/RLAM). - Analyze customer & user offerings, market situations and customer go-to-market strategy. - Drive sales engagement to support customer units by creating the competitive offerings in OSS. - Perform up-selling & identify add-on sales opportunities from existing installed base. - Share project key learnings & contribute to thought leadership for the region. - Interface with related regional organizations and business units for the OSS/BSS area. - Be able to collect, analyze and periodical update market insight and competition landscape. - Conduct customer workshops, presentations and be able to dialog with customer key stakeholders around their IT architecture. - Analyze customer business and technology environment, plans & requirements to develop proper business case and solution offerings. - Be responsible for portfolio update i.e. value proposition, use case, technology updates, future evolution and roadmap for Ericsson's OSS. - Feedback to business unit and regional portfolio domain periodically to reflect market situation, competitors' insights and customer needs in order to raise the competition in region.

**Core Competences:** - Technical Sales Support Expertise - Presentation & communication skills - Consultative Selling Skills **Preferred Skills:** - Market Insight - Customer Insight - Project Management **Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:** - At least 7 years of experience in the areas of OSS architecture, network design and implementation for Network Inventory, Discovery and Reconciliation, and Activation. - At least 7 years of experience with different vendors (Huawei/Netcracker/Oracle) OSS tools and platforms. - Strong IP background, CISCO centered preferred, with solid presentation & communication skills - Experience in Telecom, utility and transport segments. **Additional Requirments, Physical Demands, Region/Local Specifications:** - Position based in North America, Dallas or New Jersey area.
