Since the company’s formation in 1999, we have completed over $1.6 billion of acquisition and development, with a focus on the Southern, Eastern, and Midwestern United States. Since Encore’s founding in 1999, Encore Hospitality’s portfolio has significantly grown from seven hotels to include as many as 41, including acquisitions of Pineapple Management Services, Inc. and Sterling Resorts. Encore Retail acquires and develops both anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers in Class A locations as well as single-tenant structures throughout the United States. Encore’s retail centers are built with credit anchored tenants in primary markets, adding additional value with in-house leasing and property management expertise. Encore Retail also acquires and manages retail shopping centers that are projected to offer positive cash flow to Encore’s investors. Encore Retail acquires and develops both anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers in Class A locations as well as single-tenant structures throughout the United States. Encore Multi-Family is a fully integrated developer that specializes in creating value with ground-up developments in under-served markets. With a focus on the Southern and Southeastern regions of the United States, Encore Multi-Family also acquires, re-positions, and manages multi-family assets projected to offer positive cash flow to investors. Encore Construction serves the hospitality, retail, and multi-family market segments by providing a full range of general contracting and construction services, including: estimating, quality assurance and scheduling, subcontract negotiation, safety, field engineering, financing, and document control. Encore Office acquires, develops, and redevelops commercial office buildings and related properties to achieve value-add investment yields. Encore Office utilizes sophisticated underwriting systems, extensive market research and a knowledgeable management team to take advantage of current market trends. The company also develops and utilizes local market intelligence within each community to maximize operations and leasing opportunities. Encore Land is a land investment company focused on identifying and acquiring strategic land parcels in unique locations for master planning and entitlement of commercial and residential developments. Encore Land was created to provide a strategic area of focus to newly emerging markets with long-term secular growth potential. Encore Restaurants develops, owns, and manages specific territories of various full dining, fast casual, and quick serve concepts. Encore Wealth Management offers real estate investment opportunities through equity channels including funds, limited partnerships, broker-dealer channels, and joint ventures which allow investors to create a diversified real estate investment portfolio. Encore Global specializes in working with foreign nationals and their families who want to become permanent legal residents of the United States through investments in one of Encore’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approved EB-5 Regional Centers.
