Fundraising Vice President - Director Real Estate Equities Investment Sales

• Expand Encore’s investor local and national network through existing, active relationships with family offices and high net-worth investors.
• Prospect new high net-worth investor sources (both individual and family office).
• Prior established network of high net-worth individuals and family offices and the ability to significantly expand that network.
• Present real estate private equity offerings with clients.
• Interact with all RE Divisions (Capital Markets, Acquisition & Development) to coordinate and facilitate the distribution of information as it relates to investor matters.
• Ensure that investor information is accurately accounted for and updated in the firm’s CRM investor database.

• Min 7 to 10 years of relevant prior client-facing experience in real estate private-placement roles.
• Polished, Articulate and Sophisticated.
• Adept in MS office suite, including Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Solid organizational, research and analytical skills
• Professional and outgoing disposition, with a strong hunter sales mentality.
