Fundraising Vice President - Director Real Estate Equities Investment Sales

* Expand Encore’s investor local and national network through existing, active relationships with family offices and high net-worth investors. * Prospect new high net-worth investor sources (both individual and family office). * Prior established network of high net-worth individuals and family offices and the ability to significantly expand that network. * Present real estate private equity offerings with clients. * Interact with all RE Divisions (Capital Markets, Acquisition & Development) to coordinate and facilitate the distribution of information as it relates to investor matters. * Ensure that investor information is accurately accounted for and updated in the firm’s CRM investor database.

* Min 7 to 10 years of relevant prior client-facing experience in real estate private-placement roles. * Polished, Articulate and Sophisticated. * Adept in MS office suite, including Excel, Word and Power Point. * Solid organizational, research and analytical skills * Professional and outgoing disposition, with a strong hunter sales mentality. * Exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence
