Summary
Program & Project Management roles exist in almost every realm of our business, from marketing and sales to technology and analytics. Working throughout all of our offices around the globe, our Program and Project Managers are exceptional multi-taskers, strategic and tactical thinkers, and have an unusual attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is a Swiss Army Knife who has the poise and calm to keep a hundred plates spinning all the while keeping projects well under deadline and within budget. A typical day could include kicking off the redesign and rebuild of our website to- managing our outsourced engineering team to- reviewing client renewals and ensuring the sales team is following proper sales channels… all the while working in a close, support role to the General Manager, keeping him apprised of projects and their statues in real-time.
Responsibilities
* Manage projects from start to finish independently in functional areas dealing with information collection process. * Develop & implement programs & processes through cross-functional partnerships to support achievement of key organizational objectives. * Serve as technical liaison between key businesses, representative with respect to key objectives as required. * Serve as a leader/resource to other team members. Perform any project or administrative duties assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years Project Management experience and/or college degree and related business experience. * 3+ years’ experience in project assignment. * Critical competencies; problem solving/analysis, communication skills, initiative, leadership influencing. * Experience with supporting a sales department * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Previous line management preferred.
