Responsibilities
* Demonstrates a Client-Driven approach by marshaling the regional resources across all core capabilities and corporate functions to ensure superior service to both internal and external clients * Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the service delivery teams, delivering key regional initiatives and well as ensuring consistency in processes, reporting and operational FM delivery across that region and consistent with regional counterparts. * Develops new facility management business opportunities with an emphasis on strategically identified target clients * Successfully manages and is fully accountable for the overall C&W facility management occupier services relationships across the region as well as supporting the success of global client relationships * Establish the vision and strategy of the regional account plans and ensuring the clients receive exceptional service * Understand the client’s key business drivers, focus the regional and local teams to ensure those priorities are aligned with the deliverables. * Identify opportunities for delivery, service quality, innovation and process improvement in the regional integrated facilities management (IFM) platform on an on-going basis. * Build a sustainable facility management platform for develop performance measurements for internal benchmarking and identify industry data to leverage for external benchmarking * Oversee and develop the EH&S, Sustainability, and Critical Systems platform within the region and on account, as required to ensure consistency and quality of client delivery. * Identify opportunities for expansion of services with our existing or future clients to provide them a fully-integrated package of services in response to their specific real estate needs. * Actively manage and mentor future leadership and management of the organization. Work to identify top talent and focus on the development and retention of these key players.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, architecture, or engineering * 10+ years’ experience, 8 years of real estate experience preferred * Understanding of the facilities management function, ideally with multiple industry experience * Financial analysis and computer literacy with knowledge of applicable software packages * Understanding and skills in strategic planning * Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills * Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, team oriented * Excellent organizational abilities * Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and management groups * Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, senior management and client groups * Demonstrate an ability to solve complex problems and deliver a variety of options in complex situations * Experience in resource allocation and implementation
