Summary
Primary contact on the traditional trade field in order to increase sales. Take responsibility on volume and net sales of indirect (via Wholesalers) and direct customers Important to be aware about strategy direction and support and implement it to market environment.
Responsibilities
* Take responsibility in order to achieve personal and business objectives * Relationship building with existing customers, finding new customers * He proposes to the Sales Management a customer plan for his area defining sales targets * Prepare development plan, regular customer visit * Maximum effort to ensure that the customers purchase the product * Professional guidance and advice towards customers * Presentation of company products and services for current and potential clients * Better understanding of customer needs in order to achieve more efficient sales of company products * Follow testing * Manage customer complaints * Coordinates the given tools (promotions, promotion materials, new product launches, etc.) in order to reach the sales results * Manage CRM and regular contact with sales manager in order to reach targets * Wholesaler management (deadlines, orders, promotions, conditions) * Contact with departments of Wholesalers (marketing, sales, logistic, supply) * Monitors continuously the market events in terms of competition activity, prices, promotions, new products, etc., in order to give the Management all the necessary information to promote actions to protect or develop the business * Send documents for customers (specifications, recipes, product leaflets) * Prepare sales contracts, suggestions, presentations * Take part in trainings in order to reach sales targets
Ideal Candidate
**Skills:** * Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills * Excellent performance and human management * Excellent organization skills * Good technical knowledge of products and processes * Persuasion and reliance (trust) * Drive for results and customer orientation * Analysis and problem solving abilities * Compliance with performance-driven environment **Education and/or Experience:** * One year certificate from college or technical school; two years of hands-on bakery experience * Two years of prior route sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Prior baking industry experience highly desirable. * Bakery knowledge * AIB certification * Cold Calling/Sales negotiations * Bakery knowledge is a plus
