Cosmic AES, experts in signal processing and space, integrates technical and operational expertise with system engineering process discipline and delivers superlative performance across the lifecycle of complex family of systems programs. Our technical experience allows us to provide the Government with sound advice and technical rigor to plan, acquire, operate and sustain critical space capabilities. Through rapid prototyping, we help our customers deliver near-term capabilities by applying technology to meet urgent warfighter needs, while also to refining concepts and requirements for future systems. Cosmic AES culture of innovation and outstanding engineering services is supported by a staff that has 85% scientific or engineering degrees, many with a Masters or PhD. Additionally, Cosmic AES is constantly seeking the best and brightest engineering talent. We invest in growing the next generation of engineers through our internship program with the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, Electrical and Computer Engineering Department as well as other engineering colleges. We have built a very talented workforce by melding the experience of our seasoned staff with hands on experience in the latest technology from the next generation of young engineers. Further, Cosmic AES uses a Direct Investment Program to explore new technologies and develop key products that can be used in our customer work. This Direct Investment Program allows us to establish a pipeline of engineers and is responsible for funding the internships as well as a State-of-the-Art Digital Signal Processing (DSP) laboratory. The lab provides essential understanding of technology in order to meet our customer requirements. In addition to our personnel’s technical background, 81% of the Cosmic AES staff maintain security clearances to support the multitude of missions in our customer’s programs.
