Summary
Engagor Sales Representatives are responsible for successfully selling the Engagor value proposition to prospects utilizing a consultative sales approach, extensive product knowledge, high-energy and professionalism to demonstrate the value-add Engagor will bring to their respective businesses. We are looking for an aggressive, dynamic sales executive who will manage an active pipeline of mid-sized organizations.
Responsibilities
* Close new business consistently at or above quota level * Become an expert in social customer engagement * Serve as a brand enthusiast for Engagor * Prospect/business development for new business * Manage the full sales cycle * Conduct demos via the web * Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads at mid-sized companies * Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders to grow new business * Document and track all prospect information using CRM * Support the Sales development Team by prioritizing leads and completing demos * Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products * Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
Ideal Candidate
* Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently * Experience in a startup environment, if possible * 1-3 years of selling experience operating within a web technologies or innovative online product environment * Self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business * Competitive spirit * A sharp focus on your goals * Street smarts * Emotional intelligence * A powerful work ethic * Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm * Superior communications skills * Exceptional closing skills
