About Clara

Summary
Our User Acquisition Manager will help us build our first advertising campaigns across a variety of channels. To launch this, we need an experienced data-driven leader to oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of all online and offline advertising.
Responsibilities
* Develop advertising strategies to efficiently target borrowers and realtors * Directly manage paid search, paid social (primarily Facebook), display, retargeting, and direct mail campaigns * Work with designers to produce differentiated and compelling ads * Regularly A/B test creative and landing pages * Analyze campaign results to improve future campaigns * Develop attribution and ROI models to assess audience quality by channel
Ideal Candidate
* 4-7 years marketing experience; real estate, and/or mortgage preferred * Directly managed paid search campaigns in high growth verticals. Though not required, candidates will likely have worked with 3rd party bid management platforms * Extensive experience with Facebook ads * Methodically tested new channels * Delivered massive ROI improvements through iterative A/B testing * Successfully executed numerous direct mail campaigns * Received excellent marks as a manager of a small team * Outstanding analytical capabilities and mastery of Microsoft Excel * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to c-suite executives
