Responsibilities

Lead integrated theater communication programs across all key stakeholders. Lead a team of multidisciplinary communication professionals responsible for internal and external communication strategies and implementation.

  • Drive and lead integrated theater communication planning and execution, including developing and driving execution of communication platforms and strategies in alignment with regional business priorities

  • Oversight of all theater communication programs and staff including executive, Public Relations, Analyst Relations and internal employee communications

  • Directly responsible for theater executive and internal communications strategies and programs for the the Latin America business leaders

  • Partner with the centralized regional team to localize content and execute regional communication campaigns

  • Advise, consult, and partner with theater leadership and oversee business communication services, change management and employee communication programs within the theater, leveraging service level agreements and best practices

  • Track and report theater communication success metrics

  • Crisis Communications in partnership with regional and global teams

Ideal Candidate

Minimum Qualifications

  • This role requires strong local market and organizational knowledge/relationships, as well as strong generalist and management skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent Spanish speaker and written communication skills

  • Business Stakeholder Management

  • Experience driving teamwork and collaboration across a multi-cultural team
