Summary
This position performs budgeting, analysis and analytics on all companywide training, learning and development initiatives. It leads and manages projects for the learning operations team. It defines and develops measures of success (MOS) to convey learning investments to business stakeholders. It will be responsible for maintaining and reporting progress of all projects for the Learning Ops team.
Responsibilities
* Partner with Delivery and Enterprise L&D managers and HR Analytics to build the training results dashboard. * Be instrumental in building relations that influence integration of learning metrics in the learning management system (SuccessFactors). * Lead the design and implementation of the Senior Leadership investment scorecard. * Partner with Instructional Designers to provide tactical support to the project intake process. * Be responsible for ensuring projects are prioritized and fall within budget. * Be accountable to provide feedback to Instructional Designers on human capital metrics (time costs). * Analyze training consumption (utilization) and spend (cost per head). * Collaborate L&D objectives to ensure measurable Kirkpatrick metrics. * Define tactical plan for vendor on boarding. * Lead the RFP coordination in partnership with procurement. * Analyze training needs/consumption to target vendor savings. * Work with procurement and accounting to ensure the efficient and consistent processing of all contracts associated with the L&D functions. * Assist the MGR Learning Operations in preparing budget view forward.
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications & Skills:** **Required** * Bachelor's Degree * 3-5 Year’s Experience * Strong reporting, metrics, and analytical capabilities * Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel **Preferred** * Experience with the Success Factors Learning Management Systems, SAP, Concur * Business process design and implementation * Strong project planning skills associated with learning and development initiatives * Strong understanding of instructional design, multi-media training, Kirkpatrick and knowledge around key learning systems * Proficiencies in Excel, database software and SharePoint * Manipulate large data sets by linking ‘like’ fields to create commonalities within sets of data (lookups, macros, advanced formulas) * Knowledge of building and maintaining SharePoint sites
