Summary
Centro Brand Exchange is one of the most valued ad exchanges in the industry, having been built exclusively for premium brand publishers and brand advertisers. Reporting into the Director of Programmatic Sales, the Account Lead will work closely with external programmatic demand partners such as agency trading desks, programmatic buying teams and agency leads, as well as, internal Brand Exchange key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead revenue growth for assigned Centro Brand Exchange clients (e.g. ATDs, agencies, programmatic buying companies, etc.) * Secure meetings and lead calls with clients to evangelize the Brand Exchange’s value proposition * Become an expert on the Brand Exchange’s Private Marketplace offering * Act as the Brand Exchange expert for the larger Centro sales organization by assisting with client meetings/calls, proposals, education, etc. * Responsible for prompt client responses and follow-up to ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of customer service at all times * Utilize internal dashboards and reporting tools to monitor the health of your clients and identify additional opportunities or problems that need to be addressed * Be adept at problem solving and finding solutions to client needs * Be a team player willing to collaborate with internal Centro teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Publisher Development, etc.) * Aggregate client requests and market feedback to be shared with Product to help drive the Brand Exchange’s roadmap * Stay abreast of emerging topics in the programmatic marketplace through industry trades and networking
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of programmatic / ad technology experience * Sales experience with proven history of hitting and exceeding goals * Applied experience with ad exchanges, demand side platforms, supply side platforms, ad servers * Technical understanding of the digital advertising industry/ecosystem including RTB, private marketplaces, * Existing relationships with ATDs, agencies, programmatic buying companies, direct marketers * Excellent listening, presentation, writing and communication skills * Easily adapts to change and has the desire to work in a dynamic environment * Must be a self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and pay attention to details * High competency level in Microsoft Office with specific strengths in PowerPoint and Excel
