- Develop and implement a solid sales strategy
- Research to identify and qualify new account opportunities
- Expertly complete the end-to-end inside sales cycle, through cold calling to mid-sized businesses, scheduling and facilitating online product demonstrations and closing the sale
- Identify and document customers’ needs, expectations and priorities in effort to build long term business relationships
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce.com
- Achieve, if not exceed monthly metrics
- Positive attitude, killer work ethic, and are highly self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast paced-rapidly changing business environment
- Strong critical thinking skills and a creative approach to penetrating new accounts
- Have a passion for selling and a true “Hunter” mentality
- 3-5 years of inside sales experience, with a history of success in a metrics driving environment
- Must be flexible, able to embrace change and learn new sales techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Office and Salesforce or other CRM
- Proactive, well-organized, and strong attention to detail
- Able to drive multiple accounts simultaneously, each at different stages
