Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a solid sales strategy * Research to identify and qualify new account opportunities * Expertly complete the end-to-end inside sales cycle, through cold calling to mid-sized businesses, scheduling and facilitating online product demonstrations and closing the sale * Identify and document customers’ needs, expectations and priorities in effort to build long term business relationships * Manage pipeline in Salesforce.com * Achieve, if not exceed monthly metrics
Ideal Candidate
* Positive attitude, killer work ethic, and are highly self-motivated * Ability to work in a fast paced-rapidly changing business environment * Strong critical thinking skills and a creative approach to penetrating new accounts * Have a passion for selling and a true “Hunter” mentality * 3-5 years of inside sales experience, with a history of success in a metrics driving environment * Must be flexible, able to embrace change and learn new sales techniques * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience with MS Office and Salesforce or other CRM * Proactive, well-organized, and strong attention to detail * Able to drive multiple accounts simultaneously, each at different stages
