Responsibilities
* Must have the ability to manage multiple accounts, identify customer concerns and needs, and maintain rapport with a fixed customer base. * Work with new and existing customers and or Sales Representatives to provide personalized guidance and support to create packaging designed to meet their needs. * Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to interface and communicate appropriately with all team levels. * You will be trusted to work independently to meet the needs of all parties, including the customer and company. * Must be able to support various elements of the position, including Invoicing, Inventory Management, direct Customer Communications, and supporting of the Sales Effort. * Individual will be expected to review several vendor managed inventories and determine appropriate run strategies. * Answer customer service telephone calls, e-mail, and other correspondence and take appropriate action. * Create order plans, process manufacturing orders, and enter customer releases as needed. * Comply with Caraustar policies and procedures, including Caraustar Standards of Business Conduct Policy and Caraustar accounting policies and financial control procedures. Communicates with operations to maintain accurate flow of scheduling and customer needed information. * Must have the ability to work safely in office and manufacturing environments. * Other duties may be assigned by the CS Manager
Ideal Candidate
* High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 or 4 year degree preferred. * Must have ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast paced environment. * Ability to think critically, solve problems, and act with good judgment are all essential. * Must possess excellent customer service skills and be a self-starter. * Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office software. * Superior interpersonal skills a must.
