Responsibilities
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with decision makers and executive buyers in each account * Understand your clients strategic goals and develop plans to partner on these goals * Ensure customers are leveraging the BrightEdge platform to deliver business value * Prepare and execute on quarterly customer success plans * Assess and mitigate risk in renewing existing contracts * Lead efforts to turn around at-risk accounts * Cultivate broader usage of BrightEdge within each account * Introduce new features and best practices to customers * Quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of the BrightEdge platform * Evangelize the BrightEdge platform with customers * Ensure the day-today BrightEdge users are champions * Travel to client sites (25-30% travel)
Ideal Candidate
* A Bachelor’s degree is required with Master’s degree preferred * At least four years in a client success role * Experience managing customers and understanding deal cadence in a SaaS environment * Working knowledge of SEO * Thorough understanding of digital marketing * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Extremely strong presentation skills * Polish and credibility with C-level executives
