Summary
Well, you would mostly be processing orders from our fantastic reseller partners from all over the world. On top of that, you’d be streamlining the operations of the channel team and making sure that everything runs smoothly. You’ll work with sales and marketing to ensure that our partners always have the information that they need in a timely manner so that everyone can get their work done. One day you might be dealing with purchase orders from some important clients, the next day you may be tracking an incentive program’s performance and effectiveness or extracting leads for our partners. You will also be working closely with the company’s Operations Team, learning about the various processes, being a part of process improvement and helping respond to calls and emails from our direct customers when need be.
Responsibilities
* Support the operations process from original inquiry to final order and deliver high quality, efficient service * Process partner purchase orders in a timely manner * Provide licensing suggestions and proper pricing to resellers * Foster a climate of trust and cooperation between Bluebeam and its partners * Provide pertinent leads, quotes and information to drive initiatives and meet goals * Maintain partner information databases * Ensure that all partner feedback issues are properly documented and addressed as needed * Prepare and ship marketing and sales materials to partners * Take official record of notes in team meetings * Jump on phones or assist in responding directly to customers when needed
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS Degree * 1+ year of experience in customer service and/or process-related position required * A self-starter who is ready, willing and able to own and prioritize multiple tasks * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a fast-paced work environment * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills * Strong project management skills * Demonstrated aptitude for understanding customer needs and managing customer relationships * Strong level of comfort learning new technology (We ARE a software company after all) * Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint, and preferably Outlook * Personable and able to build harmonious working relationships with partners and colleagues * Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly (No yoga required.)
