Responsibilities

Provide maintenance engineering support for the Chemical Plants, Mine and Mill areas. Identify and solve reliability issues. Serve as technical resource for the I/E Department. Complete Engineering Reports and Cost Estimates. Execute capital projects and/or serve on a capital project team ensuring that I/E maintenance needs are met. Support the Reliability Enhancement Process by serving on PM and Spare Parts Review Teams and implementing a root cause failure analysis and corrective action process. Help plan, schedule, and execute plant turnarounds within budgeted spending and schedule. Perform Safety Contacts and Safety Audits. Generate/review engineering maintenance best practices. Share engineering/maintenance best practices with other PCS sites. Occasionally participate in Turnaround Audits at other Client Sites. Occasionally participate on Process Hazards Analysis Teams. Fill-in for Superintendent of I/E Maintenance. Position reports to Superintendent of I/E Maintenance.

Ideal Candidate

Desirable Qualifications: BS in Engineering (Electrical Engineering Preferred). Candidate must have at least 10 years of I/E engineering experience.
