- Entering client job order details into the Applicant Tracking System
- Enter rate info and pay info into appropriate systems
- Accurately enter info in various systems for reporting purposes
- Some reporting and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Recruiting and Staffing Industry
- Microsoft Office
- Communicate extremely well, both verbally and in writing
- Manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment

Required Experience
- 1- 2 years of experience in data entry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in an office setting
- Accurate typing speed of 45 words per minute or faster
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Email applications (Microsoft Outlook) and Internet based applications
- Ability to work well in a team environment and with a sense of urgency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Superb written and oral communication skills are a must
