Responsibilities
  • Entering client job order details into the Applicant Tracking System
  • Enter rate info and pay info into appropriate systems
  • Accurately enter info in various systems for reporting purposes
  • Some reporting and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Required Experience

  • 1- 2 years of experience in data entry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Accurate typing speed of 45 words per minute or faster
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Email applications (Microsoft Outlook) and Internet based applications
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Superb written and oral communication skills are a must
