Responsibilities
* Entering client job order details into the Applicant Tracking System * Enter rate info and pay info into appropriate systems * Accurately enter info in various systems for reporting purposes * Some reporting and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.

* Recruiting and Staffing Industry * Microsoft Office * Communicate extremely well, both verbally and in writing * Manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment * Critical thinking * Technology Savvy * Operating with a sense of urgency **Required Experience** * 1- 2 years of experience in data entry * Excellent customer service skills * Experience working in an office setting * Accurate typing speed of 45 words per minute or faster * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Email applications (Microsoft Outlook) and Internet based applications * Ability to work well in a team environment and with a sense of urgency * Excellent attention to detail * Superb written and oral communication skills are a must
