Responsibilities
* Oversee the day to day operations including, but not limited to: adherence to company policies and procedures, scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations, auditing processes, special project research, training, disciplinary policies, and control center management. * Build and maintain a skilled, successful, and motivated team through coaching, counseling, mentoring and training. * Ensure Quality Control Associates are aware of industry trends and adhere to industry, client, and company directives. * Collaborate with Organizational Performance and StreetLinks University teams to ensure the necessary training, coaching and mentoring of new hires and existing associates is carried out. * Oversee management and allocation of department resources * Establish, maintain and promote client relationships by attending client conference calls and provide high level support for clients and appraisers as related to Quality Control and Appeals protocol. * Conduct regular meetings with QC Supervisors and QC Appraisal Advocates to identify trends, discuss opportunities as well as develop goals and objectives based on direction provided by the Director of Quality Control and Executive Management. * Collaborate with QC Supervisors and QC Appraisal Advocates to evaluate and recommend CSUGs modifications Collaborate with Internal Audit Department to identify any performance issues of StreetLinks' approved appraiser panel. * Coordinate with other StreetLinks department managers when deficiencies are identified. * Perform staff evaluations and make recommendations regarding performance – Monthly, Quarterly and Annually. * Approve and process re-orders and refunds. * Provide regular reporting of QC Department's operational performance.
Ideal Candidate
* High School Diploma or GED. * 3 Years Management/ Leadership Experience. * 2 years using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, data-entry, and Internet. * 2 Years appraisal review experience required (i.e., former underwriter, processor, originations/operations manager). * College Degree. * Candidates are required to take and pass the National USPAP. Equivalency exam after 90 day probationary period. * Good time management skills. * Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively. * Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills. * Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. * Ability to interact with peers and managers with tact and diplomacy.
