Responsibilities
The purpose of this job is to manage and maintain long-term and productive relationships with large National and Regional clients. The Account Manager develops relationships with the client’s production management teams and travel with the client representatives to meet with their correspondent bankers and brokers. Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities * Manage relationship of large National/Regional clients. * Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with client field production staff. * Increase appraisal volume and allocation % of assigned clients. * Maintain complete and thorough understanding of all products, programs, pricing, and procedures. * Train all customers to have a complete understanding of all aspects of the StreetLinks Products and services. * Create marketing PowerPoint and other presentation materials in the course of attracting new customers to StreetLinks. * Conduct webinars and conference calls for prospective clients as well as for training of new and existing clients. * Provide on-going feedback to management regarding sale needs, concerns, and national competitors. * Participation in weekly conference calls. * Support customers in their day to day efforts to increase production. * Assist in the creation of marketing ideas for flyers and mailers. * Provide weekly reports as requested by management. * Must maintain minimum monthly productivity standards. * Up to 50% Travel * Candidate will be able to work from home from anywhere in the continental U.S.
Ideal Candidate
Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge: * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum one year experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer * Must possess a current Driver’s License * 1 year of outside sales experience Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge * Some college * Communicate effectively both orally and written * Ability to speak clearly and persuasively; listens and gets clarification * Ability to clearly present value proposition to StreetLinks customers regarding any affiliated product or service * Ability to develop business cases proactively with internal and external colleagues * Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Advanced knowledge of the lending industry, established broker, banker, servicers, and correspondent relationships * Practical comprehension of the appraisal and loan process * Negotiation and presentation skills
