Packing & Loading Elevator Supervisor

This position reports to the Plant Superintendent and is responsible for the Safety, Health and Welfare of approximately ten to fifteen hourly reports. The successful candidate will manage their reports and resources to execute on and positively impact performance, necessary programs, policies and procedures for the Packing, Bulk Loading, Mill, and Elevator Departments. Candidate must consider impact on Food Safety, Sanitation, Quality, and Environmental standards in all decisions. This position is metrics driven, and requires a strong sense of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement. This is a rotating 1st and 2nd shift position.
