Summary
Adobe AdLens's Associate Account Manager is responsible for supporting and directing resources responsible for strategic development and day-to-day management and optimization of our clients' search, display and Facebook programs, with the main goal of driving our clients' business/ROI goals. The Associate Account Manager should be creative, detail-oriented and a team-player.
Responsibilities
* Support the Account Development team on multiple client accounts or lines of business to meet and exceed a client’s business objectives * Assist Account Development team with: * Day-to-day account management * Strategic program initiatives * Identifying areas of growth & opportunity * Campaign optimizations * Developing account summaries/analysis * Creating, conducting & measuring ad copy & landing page tests * Power point presentation support * May act as the primary point-of-contact for the client * Own client reporting, bulk sheet updates, search query reports (keyword additions, pruning & negatives) * Contribute to and provide client recommendations to include: search engine marketing, creative and analytics * Strive to master Adobe AdLens technology and keep up to date with feature enhancements & updates * Stay on top of industry trends and best practices for SEM, biddable display, ad exchanges and Facebook * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal (business analysts, product) and external (search engine reps) * May set up client meetings, develop agendas and provide follow-up notes * Contribute to company initiatives, processes and roll-outs
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS required * Experience in quantitative analysis of marketing results preferred * Background in search marketing campaign development a plus * Highly organized and analytical * Capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines * Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros a plus) & PowerPoint
